Couldn't end up booking online - but have still been charged a penny for every time I tried.
The chap over the phone was super helpful and sped through the booking process with me. He said I'd be refunded for the pennies but that still hasn't happened yet.
I also haven't been offered the 3 months free Apple Music which was advertised online.
Overall pretty satisfied!
