Wrong phone sent out .
They admitted it was their error .
I’ve been phoning for 4 days now trying to resolve this .
Phone was sent back via courier as instructed.
7 different occasions I have been assured they would call back with a solution .
Still waiting and they are reluctant to return my £780 .
Very Very poor customer service .
Would not recommend this company !!!!
