Really good sales team. Happy with contract however..Got my new contract with a new S10 on Friday, to find when I opened the box the phone had scratches a long the back bottom. Customer services are the let down for this company. Was told differant things by differant advisors about the DPD returns label to send my phone back for an exchange. One told me it lasts 8 hours one told me it lasts 24 hours and then one told me it doesn't expire! I also asked for a manager to speak to who was coincidentally not in and got told he would call me back which he didn't. The accent is very strong and sometimes I felt a communication barrier. Not great that I only had my phone 1 day to be told I need to send it back and be without a phone (but still pay my contract) till they receive it back and only then I could have a new phone sent out again which can take up to 5 days baring in mind I paid a 150pound upfront cost for the handset! So now I'm without a phone to use, still paying my contract and 150pound down till I get my new phone again. The contract are good but just be aware the customer service is shocking.
