I selected mobiles.co.uk because they offered a substantially better deal than the high street stores' websites. My order was rejected by the network for failing a credit check. My credit score is excellent, but the network said they had not been provided with the required proof of id. I am unable to prove whether the network didn't ask mobiles.co.uk for the id or if mobiles.co.uk didn't ask me. Although I did have to do a bit of ringing round myself to resolve this, the service from mobiles.co.uk was very good. The customer service rep took ownership of my problem and called me back in a timely fashion to keep me informed up to the point that my order was finally confirmed. The order arrived quickly and without problem. I would recommend mobiles.co.uk. I believe they are part of the Dixons Carphone group, but they don't publicise this, and prices appear to be cheaper.
