On a Saturday I placed an order for 2 new contracts, SIM only with Vodaphone and a refurb Samsung S3 with O2 as they were both great deals. Within minutes I got an email advising Samsung S3 out of stock and I would be contacted in 7 days. This wasn't acceptable as I was swapping sim cards around with an iphone I already had so needed both at the same time. Live chat suggested as Samsung deal was still showing as available and in stock I should hear within 24 hours but they would ask for sales team to give me an urgent call update. No call came by Monday day so I rang the helpline and within minutes an S3 was located and delivered the following day. No issues with credit checks etc and all now set up, numbers transferred and on line account management set up. If it wasn't for the initial glitch with the Samsung showing as in stock and then being advised out of stock I would have given 5 stars.
