The phone arrived without a Sim card. I couldn’t create an account, just got this message when I tried “Oops. Your reCAPTCHA selection doesn't match, please retry”. And the email with a link asking for my opinion didn’t work. I couldn’t get through by phone, to contact you by email required an account with mobiles.co.uk to be created. I ended up calling O2 directly and they are now sending me a new Sim card. So now while I’m waiting for my new Sim card to arrive from O2 I’m paying for two contracts. Not that impressed!
