This contract was advertised at £29 a month, however upon purchasing it and receiving my sim, it turns out that it is £41 a month.
I haven't had much support at all from customer service for the first few weeks, only now receiving replies to my emails and telling that they're looking into it and to wait even longer.
I don't have much hope for this to be rectified.
