Chapter of problems.
First DPD did not deliver when promised and no notification given,
Arrived 24 hours later than advised.
Then when I decided to return phone lines so busy spent ages often 45 mins on phone without getting through.
E mails not answered within timescales system.
Still awaiting refund after numerous calls over 2 weeks after phone returned.
Really disappointed
