I went for an upgrade deal. The order process was painless and the o2 tariff was changed almost instantly.
It took a few days to get the phone, due to it being shipped to the billing address not the requested shipping address. After a call to customer services this was corrected and the phone was delivered 2 days later.
I would use mobiles.co.uk again.
