Confusing, got an email stating failed security check with nowhere to go to understand or chase but then phone turns up. Didn’t turn up on the day promised which wasn’t a problem but why promise it and then just not turn up, actually came 3 days later.
This was also a Christmas present so a text to my sons existing number with full details of the order has completely ruined that.
