My black Friday order in checkout was incorrect. I had to call them back on 3 occasions to get resolved. Each waiting time around 45 mins. I was promised a £20 as a way to say sorry...never received!
Eventually got the right phone, but their customer service is terrible and I hope I never have to contact them again.
