Ordered a new mobile phone online on the Thursday which confirmed next day delivery but was very disappointed as waited in all day Friday but the phone wasn’t delivered, no explanation received as to why it wasn’t delivered ? I then received notification that the phone would be delivered Saturday afternoon so had to stay in all day again awaiting delivery. Two days wasted, very inconvenient as I needed to go out ☹️
