It is staggering how the mobile networks treat their incumbent customers so badly. They rely on customers just paying up for no hassle. You can get a better deal: less monthly cost; more minutes; more texts ; more data with mobiles.co.uk than renewing your contract with any of the networks. I even managed to stay with the same provider 02 !
