There were some fantastic black Friday deals on refurbished iphones, and I am very pleased with my purchase. However I did experience frustrating delays in receiving the correct information about the cashback on my account with mobiles.co.uk, and had to phone several times, (with a long wait on the line each time). When I finally got through, the customer services operators were all very nice, and eventually the details on my contract were correctly updated.
