Awful, I bought a phone at the end of November and the SIM card sent with the phone still hasn’t been activated. I’ve called multiple times to speak to customer services who tell me after each call to wait 3-5 days and it’s still not been activated. It’s been nearly a month and I still don’t have an operating handset, for in my eyes, something that should be resolved quickly. The sales team were great. After the point of sale, dealing with a problem... terrible. I would appreciate somebody contacting me to resolve!
