Words cannot describe how utterly shocking the customer service is that mobiles.co.uk provide! I bought a phone from them last year and didn't have any problems, however now that I have had an issue I have encountered nothing but delays and incompetence.
I sent back a mobile within 7 days of receiving it... a further 3 weeks have past and not only have I not received a refund, but I have just got my first network bill for a contract I don't have or use! Every call to customer services was as if I'm calling for the first time. As a result I have now taken up my concerns via email and the quickest response I received was within 4 day!
Won't be using them again, nor can I recommend the support they provide... Although in fairness the sales team were pretty decent. Just wish the post sales was on par
