I have used mobiles.co.uk previously without issue so was happy to again but this time was an awful experience. The phone arrived with the SIM card and case as expected the next day but I was charged twice for these. It has been over two weeks since then and no refund, they claim to have but nothing has appeared in my account. The customer service has been very poor and they don't seem to know the process themselves.
