Generally your operatives are good but let down in the final stages of the process when firstly my bank details needed to be altered and nobody bothered to call or email me to let me know, I had to call you after my phone had not arrived a week later.
Secondly the inability to use business bank and card details was very annoying, I now have to use a personal account and transfer money over from my business, pathetic.
In short, good product, good sales team but very bad admin.
