This is the 3rd phone I've bought from mobiles.co.uk I've never had a problem. The only gripe I've got is the upgrades are very expensive. I didn't upgrade because of this. But I bought the phone I wanted a lot cheaper from them without upgrading. If i hadn't looked on their website and just excepted the upgrade I would have been paying about 20 pounds more per month .... it's a lot of money
