Mobile phone has arrived but no SIM. Contract details are also incorrect. Was advised to contact Vodafone directly regarding this, however they are unable to help as my date of birth is incorrect on my account. I’ve been into a Carphone Warehouse store who are unable to help me. I’ve emailed customer services and as yet have had no response. I’m paying for a phone that is currently unusable. Not a happy customer.
