Took payment without having stock. Received an email with no indication as to if or when I will receive the item paid for and offered no alternatives. Received extremely poor customer service when contacting overseas call centre. Advised that I was unable to cancel order despite the fact that order had not even been received. Requested to speak to a manager and was refused. Passed from pillar to post before being cut off. Still awaiting refund.
