The experience is a good one until there is a problem. I had made an error in my app when typing an important piece of information which caused my application to decline.
In order to resolve it I rang mobiles .co. uk to resolve. I had to make 5 phone calls with an average wait time of one hour each time. I was cut off, told to ring back, given incorrect information. Finally to be able to resolve I rang the network I was joining who answered straight away and dealt with my call efficiently. Thankfully, I only need to call them in the future. I would gave gone straigh to the but mobiles.co.uk have the best deals.
If you don’t have an issue with the initial set up you won’t have a problem.
The worst telephone service I have ever received, and when I asked to complain they didn’t want to know.
