My son is very happy with his new phone, however, I have an issue with the billing. The phone was ordered on 31st, to be delivered on 2nd. I have been billed from 31st which therefore includes three days when my son did not even have the phone. The amount is just a couple of quid but the principle is annoying. Spread this across thousands of new customers and a lot of money is being dishonestly taken from customers by this sharp practice.
