I am still waiting for emails giving an order number (important for redeeming cash back) in relation to a mobile which I ordered a week ago and which was delivered on 4 February. I telephoned on Friday to inform mobiles.co.uk that I hadn't received any emails from them in relation to this order (other than one confirming delivery date). The person who spoke to me mentioned that this was a known problem. It needs to be fixed!
By contrast, in relation to an order made roughly a week earlier for an upgrade, the system worked perfectly.
