I was not informed about my phone going to be refurbished and when it arrived did not have original packaging, no headphones, no manual book, just the charger.
Also an email confirming my order stated wrong network provider, I have O2 instead of EE after it was swapped over the phone conversation with staff, but email did not reflect this.
