Very unhappy with lack of customer support. Call handlers require to be trained regarding manners. I had to make repeated phone calls, still unsure if my problem has been resolved.
Missed call from customer complaints however when you try to call them back it's impossible to talk to someone from that department. They reply to the review by asking for a convenient time to speak to you, but if there's no way of advising of this if you can't contact their department.
