Ordered phone on Friday and still waiting on it. Dpd say it might arrive tomorrow totally unacceptable.
I have a 11 year old child who is most upset as this was meant to be his AQE treat last Saturday and he is gonna have to wait another day.
I will never use mobiles.co.uk again as this the SLA for Northern Ireland is 2 days and I’m now wait for 4. You need to amend the website to reflect that and also confirm delivery date at time of purchases but say next day delivery and then charge me £4 in Ca pls to find out there is small print.
