I had a very good shopping experience from Marcus who took and arranged all the details. I found two things of concern and am very disappointed with both as I expected them to be similar to the shopping. 1) I received the parcel from DPD as per their timescale and till I opened after the driver had left I did not notice that the package was damaged. I opened the package and found the phone seemed ok. 2) I went on Saturday to local EE shop to sort every thing about changing my phone number and ask for their service. To be honest they did not want to know as I had not bought the phone from them. My question is how can you deal with a provider who will ONLY response if I had taken the whole package from them. Please sort this out as I would think twice to deal with you in future if I have to go through above and you take no action about it. D Radia
