Good contract on a decent phone and without any of the cashback deals - which I have not used, but seemed like they would be a potential source of issues (getting your money back, etc.). The only issue I have is that I was actually transferring from a Vodafone contract to a new Vodafone contract (amazingly, I got a much better deal from mobiles.co.uk than from Vodafone cancellation team - despite having been with them for a decade) and there was an issue with keeping my number. It seems if you are changing contracts with the same provider this is not straightforward. Since I gave mobiles.co.uk details of my old number and contract, it would have been good for them to point this out.
