Placed my order for an iPhone 11 on the internet and two phones arrived. When I phoned customer services, they insisted I had placed one order on the website and then also placed an order over the phone .Despite my protestations they continued to insist that that I had made an order over the phone.
Eventually managed to speak to a manger who admitted that the mistake was made by mobiles.co.uk who had generated a phone order when the web order came through.
