Very good service. Very good value deal on a galaxy s5 refurbished phone. Delivery time arranged and then rearranged because I could not be in. No problems. It would have been 5 stars and perfect had I not been sent the wrong type of SIM card. This caused all sorts of problems with the migration of my old number because the code on the back of the sim which my O2 shop provided in exchange did not match the code for the original which carphone warehouse had provided ( the one on the back of the unusable sim). After numerous calls to the O2 customer services someone finally realised what had happened and why I could not use my lovely new phone as a phone. This meant another trip to my O2 shop to get another new sim and start from scratch. As i say a lovely phone and generally good service but one little mistake which caused all sorts of problems and inconvenience.
