Unfortunately had to rate as poor after previously leaving a review elsewhere for an excellent experience. The phone arrived in very quick time and speaking over the phone to sales team they were very helpful so 10/10 to them. Unfortunately I have realised that the amount of mobile data on my new tariff is not enough and have found a better deal with a lot more data elsewhere. However, even though I'm with the 14 days change of mind time frame. Mobiles.co.uk are refusing to cancel my contract because I've used the phone which signifies I've accepted contract (the 14 day regulation for consumers kicks in AFTER contract accepted so this should have no bearing). They won't entertain the idea of me staying with them if they can offer me a similar deal to the one I've found elsewhere either so I'm not very happy. I have escalated to a complaint so we will see what happens
