After our first order, I wasn’t sure if I’d made the right choice in buying a phone from them as we were sent a refurbished phone instead of a new handset. However, after speaking to them and reordering the initial deal, we were assured it was a one off mistake and have since been sent a new device with a bargain deal! The lady over the phone was much more helpful than their online chat service and gave great customer service. I couldn’t find a cheaper more reliable deal anywhere else online!
