Endless emails and texts explaining how my driver Robbie was going to deliver the phone yesterday; except he didn’t. Apparently I wasn’t in even the i didn’t leave the house all day. DPD website shows a photograph of the van on a road as proof but not ability to speak to anyone or complain. Mobiles.co.uk very clear delivery issues are not their problem.
