The upgrade offers are great and generally much cheaper than going direct to your provider. I had my new i phone the next day, all set up on my upgraded tariff within 24 hours. I would have given excellent, however the cover pack bundle i added to my order did not actually get added to my final invoice, even though my e mail confirmation stated it was included in my order. When i contacted the web chat at mobiles.co.uk, they just said i hadn't ordered it! Very strange.
