In general the service was pretty good. Only one thing I found to be problematic was that they could not offer me an upgrade to the phone and deal that I wanted but instead I had to buy it as a new contract. I don't see why they couldn't have just sold it as an upgrade to make life much simpler! I had a lot of hassle with O2 to cancel the old contract, get the new one functioning and then switch my number over. I know this should have been a simple task but it certainly wasn't in reality!
