I have not used it yet as I have I have been incapacitated with heart failure. How can I contact you I have not received any invoice or paperwork from you. I noticed from my bank statement you have charged me £75.00 although I entered the code and it is shown on the basket reminder you sent me. This seems to be common practice these days with online retailers and it is not the first time it has happened to me as I have no choice but to shop online being a 77 year old disabled person. I will review the phone when I can if you tell me where to send it to as all your emails say no reply which I find really annoying especially when you are asking questions that I cannot reply to.
