Satisfied with the service except for 1 issue. I upgraded my contract with an online deal on the mobiles.co.uk website as they beat any deals the service provider could offer me. I kept the same number and service provider but changed plan and a shiny new phone. The problem was that my existing sim was deactivated that evening before I had even received the new phone and SIM card so I was left with no service at all until my phone arrived with the new activated SIM the following afternoon. A minor issue but was very annoying as I was at work all day and needed to make calls. Other than that the service has been good. Phone arrived within 24 hours and new contract is all set up so overall I’m very happy.
