My online order did not go through and I received an email saying that the credit card payment may have been withheld so was asked to contact a salesperson on an expensive number!
It seemed this was a ploy to give my the big sales talk about the mobile insurance though I outright pointed out that I have mobile insurance through my premium bank account.
I was forced to hear the whole insurance talk before I was told everything was fine and payment and DD has been set up.
Poor sale tactics.
