A smooth and seamless process, a small delay waiting for my phone to come back into stock but it was a new model so expected. Communication was great and it was good to see that no free trials or gadget insurance was added to my order "free" that you then have to cancel within 30 days (small print) or you will get charged. A good experience and the tariffs on offer were better than with the provider direct so I am a happy customer.
