All in all a very good experience. Some details are difficult to find though. I have cashback as part of my contract and finding which months I needed to send bills for was not easy. Logging into the "my account" part of the site is tricky too as it requires the order ID number which I can never remember. It would be better if there was an option to set a username. Overall though, all steps of purchasing and getting hold of my phone have been very good.
