I was disappointed with the initial service, where an order seemed to sit in the system for a number of days and the order was only actioned when I questioned the delay. Also the free gift did not arrive (though it was supposed to be in stock) and it took a couple of weeks for it to arrive. The communication via Twitter to fix the problem was very good.
