They were very helpful on the phone. I was offered a good deal on a screen protector and case, which I ordered, I was told the phone would be with me the next day. However, the case was not in stock, which I wasn’t told so the whole order wasn’t processed. It wasn’t until I phoned back to say the phone hadn’t arrived and I hadn’t had an order confirmation that I found out about the stock issues. I cancelled the case and the phone arrived the next day. I think it would improve your service if you checked at the time to see if things are in stock before you offer them. Other than that, a very good service
