This were complications having the phone delivered then once I did get the phone I discovered that somehow it had been registered in my sons name, which then created problems when I tried to give the PAC code to retain my number.
Also, although I gave specific instructions for the account to take the direct debit from, EE have taken it from my sons account (when I never gave any details at all)
After several telephone calls and a visit to my local Carphone Warehouse a sales assistant did successfully issue my PAC code so I could retain my number so a big thank you to him
