I had ordered the phone and next day delivery was promised but I did not get the phone until one week later as there was some problem on yourside but no one contacted me to enquire or let me know untill I rang and asked where my phone was...the person who answered my phone call was actualy very good and polite and efficient in dealing with the matter..he should get a pay rise...but thankyou for the phone
