The website didn't give me all the information I required for my decision, so had to phone up - the guy at the end of the phone was very helpful and informative, and no selling tactics as expected. Almost didn't bother using this site due to not enough information available, and didn't like the idea of somebody giving me a sales pitch, and being pestered afterwards as well. I would recommend the site and the help I was given, but would like to see more information in the website to allow a more informative decision to be made. You may be losing customers who may not want to speak to a sale person.
