I was supposed to receive my phone the day after I ordered it. I contacted DPD and they told me I have to speak with mobiles.co.uk. I contacted mobiles.co.uk and they told me it takes 3-5 days to do an investigation. In the meantime, I am without a phone and they are not able to send me a new phone.
