It was quick and easy and relatively simple to do - phone arrived the next day and got a good deal (so far - not had first bill yet!) so hoping no hidden costs. Although some issues with porting number over they didn't make me aware of. This has caused some delay as I was already with that company - so have had to Get someone to get me a pay as you go to port to that before could port back - have since been advised they should've done an upgrade instead- and failed to inform or make me aware of this - as I am shielding this has caused some delay and issues for me.
