I got a new Sony Xperia Z3 compact less than a month ago, and it has broken twice already in that period. the screen has cracked and become unresponsive TWICE, just sitting in my pocket. Apparently, this counts as "normal wear and tear", which is not covered by the warranty. so ive had to pay nearly £300 all together, in about 4 weeks to get it fixed. im not even a month into a 24 month contract which is a disgrace! this will be the last time i shop with you!!
