I tried to buy online but there was a problem and the payment page kept freezing. I didnt receive an email to explain what had happened so wasnt clear if I'd actually bought the phone or not. When I rang the next day, I spoke to the very helpful Josh. He was polite and patient and sorted the payment issue out quickly and without fuss. I was very impressed with his manner and told him so. I ended up choosing a different deal after his advice. If it hadnt been for the website issue I would have given 5 stars not 4.
